Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

These Terms incorporate by reference the Privacy Policy, Community Rules, Membership Agreement, Earnings Disclaimer, Acceptable Use Policy, Refund Policy, Community Conduct Policy, and Risk Disclosure.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction). You must own a legitimate copy of the underlying game on a supported platform.

3. Membership

Memberships are billed monthly, renew automatically, and may be cancelled from your dashboard. Membership does not guarantee acceptance, earnings, or any specific outcome.

4. Discretionary access

The community reserves the right to deny, suspend, or terminate access at any time for any reason, including violations of any community policy. Termination for cause does not entitle you to a refund.

5. Right to modify

The community reserves the right to modify features, events, opportunities, policies, membership benefits, and economy systems at any time without notice.

6. No affiliation

VICEDISTRICT is an independent fan community. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, or any of their subsidiaries. All third-party trademarks are property of their respective owners.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VICEDISTRICT, its operators, and contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, nor for any loss of data, profits, characters, or in-community assets.

9. Earnings, estimates, and reward programs

Any earnings, payouts, business revenue, sponsorships, leaderboards, or reward figures shown anywhere on this website or in community materials are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual outcomes depend on participation, performance, demand, business success, economy conditions, community activity, available opportunities, program eligibility, and ongoing compliance with all server rules and community policies.

Membership fees do not guarantee acceptance into the community and do not guarantee access to any earning opportunity. Acceptance is subject to review at the sole discretion of staff. Reward programs, economy systems, payouts, and opportunities may be modified, paused, rebalanced, or discontinued at any time without notice. Abuse, cheating, exploiting, fraud, harassment, or any rule violation may result in permanent removal and forfeiture of participation, characters, businesses, and any pending or accrued community rewards, without refund.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction. Any dispute not resolved informally will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.
