Refund Policy

All sales final

Membership payments are non-refundable. By completing a purchase you acknowledge that you are buying access to a digital community service that is delivered immediately.

Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing; access continues through the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

Account removal

Members removed for violating the Community Rules, Acceptable Use Policy, or Conduct Policy are not entitled to a refund.

Exceptions

Where required by applicable consumer protection law, eligible members may request a refund within the statutory window by contacting support. Approvals are made at our discretion in accordance with that law.
