Account: email, display name, and authentication identifiers.
Membership: subscription status and billing metadata from our payment processor (we do not store full payment card numbers).
Application: information you submit in the whitelist form.
Operational: basic request logs needed to keep the service running and secure.

How we use it

To operate your account, membership, and whitelist application.
To send service notifications and respond to support requests.
To enforce community policies and protect the service.

Sharing

We share data with our payment processor, authentication provider, hosting, and Discord (for role assignment) strictly to deliver the service. We do not sell personal data.

Your choices

You may request access to or deletion of your account data by contacting support. Some records (billing, abuse history) may be retained where required by law.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Children

The service is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

VICEDISTRICT is an independent fan community. Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, or any of their subsidiaries. Membership does not guarantee acceptance or earnings. Community rewards are discretionary. The community reserves the right to modify features, events, opportunities, policies, membership benefits, and economy systems at any time.
